In 2019, Pearson spun off its U.S.-based K-12 courseware business, which was rebranded as Savvas Learning Company in 2020. Scott Foresman's iconic educational content — including the "Dick and Jane" reading series and basal reading programs — now lives under the Savvas Learning brand.
